The "Rookie" is a handbike, designed and build for a boy of six years old with a handicap to the legs. Because of this handicap a handbike was a good alternative.
Thanks to the adjustable propulsion (driving) part the trike is adjustable in length and therefore suited for children aged 6 till 12 years old. By using quick-release rear wheels in combination with a detachable propulsion (driving) part the Rookie fits in the trunk of a town car.
The little boy was very enthusiastic about the Ferrari-red colour of his new "handbike".

The new Rookie 16 is equipped with 16 inch frontwheel and supension.
